Joshua Yang is the Founder and CEO of Lapistone Advisors LLC, a South Dakota–registered investment adviser serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciary entities. With over 20 years of experience across investment management, legal practice, and trust administration, Joshua leads the firm with a commitment to fiduciary excellence, client-centered service, and multi-disciplinary expertise.

Joshua is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a licensed attorney. He advises clients on portfolio strategy, asset allocation, and long-term wealth preservation, drawing on his extensive background in securities law, estate planning, and institutional investment structuring.

In addition to his role at Lapistone Advisors, Joshua is the Founder and Chairman of Lapistone Trust LLC, a South Dakota–chartered trust company, and the founding attorney of Lapistone Law LLC, where he counsels investment managers on fund formation, regulatory compliance, and derivatives.

Prior to founding Lapistone, Joshua practiced law at top-tier national firms, including Faegre Drinker, K&L Gates, and Winston & Strawn, where he advised financial institutions and asset managers on complex investment and regulatory matters.

Joshua holds a J.D. summa cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law, an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University, and both a Master of Economics and Bachelor of Law from Wuhan University in China.
